UX/UI Designer - London - £45,000 + Benefits!

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join this ever-growing Digital marketing agency based in the City of London. If you are passionate about all things digital, then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities as UX/UI Designer

* Being involved in all aspects of UX/UI and solution design for web builds and internal projects (this may include identifying client requirements through card-sorting exercises etc.).
* Helping the head of the web department with the creative process with a focus on user experience processes and principles.
* Being involved in content marketing and social teams from a creative perspective and helping bring their ideas to life with innovative implementation.
* Managing UX processes such as user journeys, personas, and sitemaps.

Key Skills/Experience for UX/UI Designer

* Minimum three years working as a user experience designer for websites in an agency environment.
* Experience working on projects across waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
* Very strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC and InDesign CC.
* Very strong conceptualisation ability and visual communication ability.
* Knowledge of prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure or Experience Design CC.
* Great design skills, production value and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of interaction design and visual design first principles is a must.
* Solid experience with user interface design patterns across multiple platforms and devices.
* Strong understanding of mobile-first, responsive and adaptive design methodologies.
