Look no further! Here at Halfords we're looking for a UX Manager that is customer obsessed and will champion the voice of the customer throughout all the development stages of all our online journeys.

Being a true champion of user centered design you'll play a key part of the UX and Product team, by being an advocate for numerous key features and functions that address the business/customer objectives.

In this role you'll also lead the processes around user research, concept testing, and usability testing; conduct competitive audits and market research - and convert findings into design decisions, so there's scope to make a huge impact on all our online journeys!

We'd need you to be a great communicator at all levels, be wiling to immerse yourself in to our product categories and be that someone who can keep the bigger picture in mind.
