You’ll join a team of designers and researchers who work closely with developers and QA specialists to deliver product features into production software.
We’re looking for a UX Designer to create seamless user experiences as we re-platform our enterprise resource planning application.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Understand and capture user stories and functional/non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of complex features.
Design accessible, intuitive and performant user experiences.
Provide proactive, creative ideas for product features.
Improve and add to established design patterns.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive prototypes.
Clearly document and present design solutions.
Work with researchers to test designs and prototypes with end users.
Work with developers and QA specialists to deliver designs for product features.
Seek, supply and act on feedback.
Online portfolio or examples of work demonstrating what we’re looking for.
Ability to solve complex problems for data-driven applications.
Iterate designs and expected behaviour from a low to high level of detail.
Creating rapid and interactive prototypes.
Clear and accurate written and spoken communication.
High attention to detail.
Delivering work to a scrum methodology.
Extra Points for:
Designing for AA accessible standards compliant HTML and CSS.
Building design systems and UI libraries.
