Our client are the Digitally focussed arm of this agency network and boast a lengthy list of clients both big and small, with offices in over 5 locations around the world. 

 

Role Description

 

Our client are looking for a UX Designer with several years already under their belt within a top agency or in-house client. The role will consist of working with the wider UX and digital team through the entire UX process, from user research, all the way through the design stage to prototyping and testing. You will have a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, applying your knowledge to a wide variety of projects, from products and apps to websites and social. You will be responsible for designing and delivering wireframes, user stories/journeys and mockups across all digital touch-points. 

 

Working with the wider team, this is a collaborative role that requires someone with initiative, drive and the hands on skills to drive a project to success. As well as working with other members of the UX team, you will work closely with the onsite Development and Visual Design teams to bring the product to life. This role is the perfect combination of technical UX skills partnered with practical and beautiful design.

 

Skills & Experience

 

Our client are looking for an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about design and innovation, with a proven track record in IA, interface design and service design. You must show a proficiency in User Centred Design methodologies and have a portfolio of big name brands and full scale projects. Communication is a key part of this role and an essential skill within the agency, liaising with clients, colleagues and other members of the wider teams.

 

Other skills include:

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS
  • Proficient in Sketch/Invision/Principle/Axure/Omnigraffle
  • Excellent attention detail and take pride in your work
  • Portfolio of high quality work samples/case studies
  • Self-motivated and driven to produce work of the highest quality
  • Practical understanding of the application of methodologies of interaction design
  • A problem solver at heart, driven by the desire to come up with real-world solutions
