Your Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, developers and product managers across the globe to create brilliant interfaces and user experience solutions from concept to delivered solution.
Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences.
Test and validate designs with through usability testing.
Produce low fidelity wireframes through to high fidelity prototypes.
Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Participate in user research, stakeholder interviews and design workshops.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction and visual design, and ideation, incorporating the voice of the user - your portfolio will be required to be considered.
Degree in HCI, UX Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with and a passion for user-interface design.
1-3 years user experience designer.
Ability to create low-fidelity sketches through to facilitate communication of recommended solutions through to high-fidelity prototypes.
Proven ability to inspire, lead, coach and mentor team members.
Ability to tell a meaningful story about the user through great presentation skills.
Ability to communicate to all levels of users (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Experience providing feedback via design critiques.
Keen written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with prototyping tools as Sketch, Adobe XD, Flinto, InVision.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
A solid foundation in visual design including typography, layout, iconography, color theory, and visual composition.
Ability to work within brand guidelines to create visuals that reinforce a brand’s style and voice through its visual touch points.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
