UX Designer Manager, Global Sales Tools

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience with visual and interaction design tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining working ties with collaborators across time zones.
• Experience in interaction design and product thinking.
• Experience in lightweight prototyping and user research.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of technical requirements and limitations.
• Ability to work within a technical and goal-driven environment.
• Excellent detail-oriented, organization, visual design, layout, typography, and high-graphic skills.

About the job:

In this role, you will work with other Product and Engineering teams to solve high impact business challenges owning the end-to-end design and delivery of products. You will support Sales and Marketing teams with better tools to help them do their job more effectively. You will be focused on building platforms for areas of the Business organization. You will solve business challenges by building internal/external facing products to support both Googlers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Engineering, and Product teams to shape intuitive user experiences in our products.
• Work on a range of products that help Googlers collaborate and support our customers and partners.
• Lead and coach a team of designers.
• Own the entire design space.
