As a member of the Creative department you will influence changes in consumer behaviour through ideas, creativity and the use of interactive media. You will make a difference to digital communications, marketing, advertising and inspire the best global brands. The brand is a global financial services business, developing cutting edge and industry defining digital products and services.

You will bring exceptional creative thought to the role, delivering projects from brief to consumer in partnership with the Client, Technology and Creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with the Design Director, client side, and developing product concepts for their clients.
* Design, prototype and present creative UI concepts (user experience and customer journeys).
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business and help them develop product visions.
* Participate and contribute to brainstorm sessions and co-creation workshops.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking for digital products and services.

The Role

Listens to and responds to a brief, understanding where/if there are gaps. Knows what questions to ask during a briefing session in order to act upon it, understands how to respond to a brief.

Idea generation

Plays an active role in brainstorming and idea generation with senior members of the Creative team to conceptualise world-class, innovative ideas that deliver successful solutions.

Creative craft skills

Demonstrates world-class execution of innovative and effective digital communications, interface design and interaction design experiences across all digital platforms.
