The Sr. Graphic Designer occupies an impactful creative position on an in-house marketing team supporting a global, multi-vertical B2B organization. The ideal candidate offers strong conceptual and creative problem solver skills and the capacity to take full creative and production responsibility, from concept to completion, across diverse marketing projects and integrated campaigns.

This role is also responsible for promoting and protecting the company brand across every facet of the marketing outreach initiatives. The Sr. Graphic Designer facilitates optimal and efficient delivery of effective marketing assets that perform well across multiple platforms and mediums to increase brand affinity and support targeted market growth. The creative work is varied and often fast-paced.

The successful candidate will translate marketing, creative and strategic objectives into timely, engaging marketing and sales assets designed to target global B2B audiences and position LexisNexis® Risk Solutions as a trusted advisor. The Sr. Graphic Designer is adept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization and easily interfaces with diverse internal teams and external agencies. The person in this role possesses excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills as well as a laser-focus on follow-through and execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Design sales collateral, pitch decks, event graphics and integrated digital marketing campaigns in support of sales lead pipeline growth.
  • Participate in ongoing testing to gauge creative effectiveness. Leverage market data to create personalized lead gen experiences throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Deliver consistent global marketing experiences and implement appropriate localization in design executions
  • Ability to storyboard/sketch or translate ideas to creative and marketing teams to spark further idea generation and team problem solving.
  • Work as part of a team to arrive at the best creative solution with the ability to interface effectively within a matrixed business environment
  • Understand strategic marketing initiatives – use creative thinking to meet or exceed marketing campaign objectives, digital initiatives, and business goals.
  • Actively participate in creative thinking during project kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand and maintain its integrity in creative development

  • Analyze brand tracking, NPS, market trends, B2B customer needs and the competitive landscape, ensuring visual identity differentiates our solutions and supports the value proposition for LexisNexis Risk Solutions
  • Participate in ongoing testing to gauge creative effectiveness. Leverage market data to create personalized lead gen experiences throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Create dynamic website page layouts that improve customer engagement and lead visitors through micro-conversion.
  • Other duties as assigned such as internal creative deliverables for acquisition integration and product or service migration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or other related fields
  • Minimum of 6 years proven experience in a Sr. Graphic Designer or Art Director role
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Experience Design, Acrobat and Photoshop) Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Strong skills in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams). Working knowledge of relevant technologies to include CMS and project management software
  • Strong expertise in graphic fundamentals, typography, design and layout integration across varying communication channels
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and artistic craftsmanship combined with overarching commitment to delivery and experience for our internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record as a hybrid designer – speaking to and designing for digital, print and interactive media
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for translating strategic requirements into visual concepts
  • Ability to articulate creative rationale through strong written and verbal communications
  • Creating and effectively arranging graphics, images and all other content into a creative, cohesive and visually stimulating end-user experience
  • Creative agency or in-house agency experience with financial services and/or technology industry a plus
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders and partnering agencies a plus
  • Multilingual abilities (specifically Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Chinese or Japanese) a plus
