What you'll be doing:

  • Conceptualize, design, present, and execute forward-thinking creative digital design and web experiences, including websites, microsites, landing pages, newsletters, and more.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Event, Web, and PR teams to develop a full range of ideas and assets for campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Create conceptual wireframes and design from existing ones.

  • Build interaction prototypes when needed to express a concept.

  • Deliver beautiful finalized, full fidelity design comps for implementation.

  • Manage creative asset production across multiple projects.

  • You'll create in a non-linear, agile manner.

  • Collaborate with and present web design concepts to cross-functional teams using words and visuals.

  • Help build and improve template files and design guidelines that build out our design system.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of proven experience working with established brands, using, extending, and building web design systems.

  • Proficiency in UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) design principles, and techniques.

  • Power user of web design and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and XD.

  • Design-level familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies; enough to collaborate with front-end developers during handoff and quality assurance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Proficiency in tracking your work in project management and enterprise content management tools such as Workfront.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Ability to seek out and evangelize the latest creative UX design trends, inspiration, techniques, and technologies, and embrace change.

  • Passion for user-centered design and creating excellent user experiences rather than screens or pages.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done.

  • You have a love for technology; an ability and passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out.

  • Bonus points for hands-on skills in illustration, infographics, 3D, motion graphics, video, storyboarding, and in-house experience.
