Senior Video Campaign Producer
The role of the Campaign Producer will be to lead a team and drive the creative ideation of our events and campaign content so we are ahead of the market and our competitors. This will include ideation, research, storyboard and scripting. The Campaign Producer will support the planning team with props and sets requirements as well as requesting models and actors where necessary.
The Campaign Producer will play a key role in ensuring we are offering our clients a creative service at a top level consistently to compete against other external agencies. The Campaign Producer will deliver the right content against the brief, for the customer and within budget. They will decide what the client video requirements are and complete a creative pack that highlights what we will deliver in response to the brief/quote. The Campaign Producer will have to maintain an exceptional level of skill in pitching, ensuring our clients are engaged, enthusastic and confident we have met the brief creatively and technically.
Most of the video content that this role covers will sit within a creative campaign for internal or external use that could sit on a multitude of platforms. The Campaign Producer will play an instrumental role in pushing boundaries, creatively and technically to keep us ahead of the market and lead this. The Campaign Producer will lead a team consisting of a Creative Producer and Junior Producer and at times will support with our creative and product video work. The Campaign Producer is a key role to drive the development and training requirements needed in this team to future proof ourselves.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Creative responsibility: Must be able to take a brief from start, right through to final execution, offering the highest level of creativity and technical knowledge. Ideation is key within this role, in most cases you will be tendering against third party agencies so all ideas must be innotative, ahead of the market and answer the brief. Must maintain an exceptionally high level of communication and confidence when pitching and working with all stakeholders and clients. Creative responsibility for all of Argos Sainsburys video content creation as well as external clients that you are involved with. Provide an excellent level of briefings and support to the Bradwell team. Maintain strong Argos brand guidelines by supporting the studio with category or product specific content guidelines. Ensure we are always adhering to the relevant brand guidelines, offering our client’s consistency and confidence we understand their brand and their video requirements.
Champion innovation: Find ways to monetise content with internal and external stakeholders. Seek and act on feedback in order to constantly improve and move forward video content produced at Bradwell. Always keep the customer in mind when producing any video content. Push the boundaries creatively and technically to keep us ahead of the market. Support tours from internal and external stakeholders.
Communication: Work closely with the internal production teams, wider Bradwell team, Creative team and management team contributing to a positive and professional team ethos. Act in line with, and role model the company values.
Studio Standards: Ensure the Studio is always kept at a high standard that is in keeping with company H&S regulations. Ensure all paperwork is organised and kept up to date.
Future Proofing: Constantly benchmarking our style of video content against the market. Seek ways we can grow as a video team and be best in class within our industry, creatively and technically. Lead the way by continuously finding ways to improve and better ourselves to lead the way.
Client Relations: Maintain an exceptional level of client service ensuring all SLA’s and production timelines are met. You will be a key decision maker to make sure the correct content is being produced to meet the brief. Keep a high level of communication between yourself, stakeholders, Creative team, Creative Lead and the team at Bradwell. Support the Client Services, Creative Team Manager and Creative Lead to promote video content within Bradwell and the wider business to ensure we are upholding a positive reputation. Manage and keep to project budgets and look for ways to make us as cost effective as possible.

Deliver future developments in Digital content aligned to new customer expectations and exploiting new technology and functionality.
What I need to know:
Ability to produce live on set.
Strong storyboard ideation, pitching and video production planning skills.
Passion for video and the desire to move an exciting and busy department forward.
Strong team work and organisational skills.
Ability to self-manage and work alone.
Excellent communicator at all levels and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Diplomacy and sensitivity when working with stakeholders and suppliers.
Thrives from running multiple video projects at any one time.
Approach the role with a “can do” attitude.
Must be pro-active and possess a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Can work towards deadlines and is a decisive decision maker.
Strong creative leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and excite a team. Can take a lead on projects and clearly direct on set.
Confident in delivering feedback and able to critique creative work constructively in order to sustain working relationships whilst improving creative output.
The ability to work collaboratively with Art directors, brand managers and other key stakeholders to ensure we stick to brand.
Previous experience in driving great results in a creative environment.
Clear understanding of content in retail and in particular where video can sit within the customer journey.
