We are seeking a passionate Senior UX Researcher to lead the understanding of user behaviours, needs and motivations, enhancing market-leading products across identity, fraud, credit and customer data management space.

What will you do:

  • Work with stakeholders and product team members to prioritise research needs and define the research programme across identity assurance, fraud, credit, and customer data management use cases. 

  • Draw on your extensive knowledge of different research methodologies to make recommendations around where research will deliver the most value and lead on identifying the right tools and techniques to achieve it. 

  • Champion customer centricity and focusing on solving problems that matter.

  • Work within the wider global UX and UI community to define the right structure and layouts of the products, ensuring research findings are correctly reflected and customer centricity is at heart of each project.

  • Investigate new research or design methodologies and ensure the team is kept up to date with advances within the user experience field. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Senior UX Researcher experience, coaching and mentoring more junior team members. 

  • Passion for customer discovery and data and evidence driven decision making supported by success stories and case studies.

  • Expert level knowledge of research software (Qualtics, Lookback, Usertesting.com, Pendo, Userlytics or other) and qualitative techniques across multiple channels. 

  • Experience in employing a wide range of user research methods, identifying appropriate research strategies for different situations. 

  • Understand the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote / in person / unmoderated /moderated). 

  • Experience leading ideation, prioritization and analysis exercises or workshops with cross-functional teams, in person and remote 

  • Expert interviewer and facilitator with many interviews, co-creation workshops and focus group sessions with customers / users under your belt.  

  • Great collaborator, building relationships to drive towards a shared goal, with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders, keeping the customers at heart of every decision. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority. 

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, for example Scrum and Kanban. 

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a design subject (Psychology, UX, HCI, Product Design, Design, Graphic Design etc.) is preferred, but not required. ​
