What will you be doing?  
As a Senior Social Designer you will lead the in-house development of content across the Vodafone UK social channels in a fast-paced and growing social media team. Social content will vary from reactive/topical content to planned brand stories – all designed to deliver an amazing brand experience across the Vodafone UK social channels. This role requires someone who is naturally creative and ideas-driven. We are looking for a team player who can work in a newsroom-style environment, develop ideas and turn around killer content – sometime in short periods.
You will maintain an active awareness of emerging trends, new and existing platform formats, and generally stay abreast of creative best practice in the social space. 

We need a thinker and a doer. This role requires someone with excellent After Effects, Adobe CC Suite, (Cinema4D/Maya skills would be an advantage) who can create statics as well as animation/motion content across all social channels.   Having some level of video production experience support social video content would be beneficial but it’s not a must.  

Who are we looking for?   
•    Proven experience delivering the highest quality social digital assets – copy writing an advantage.
•    Advantageous to be able to use DSLR camera work, lighting and sound for small production shots
•    Strong communications and inter-personal skills.  
•    An excellent understanding of social platform user behaviour and creative formats, including Facebook, Instagram,  Twitter & YouTube, SnapChat, LinkedIn  
•    Dynamic, pro-active, self-motivated, clear communicator with the ability to think and act quickly
•    Able to work across multiple projects and balance priorities between them, producing high-quality work to tight deadlines. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders when required.
•    Experience in digital/social design experience and creating social content.
•    Experienced in motion, animation and video editing working in Adobe
