Senior Project Manager / Producer

With new projects starting and existing clients growing quickly, we’re looking for someone to help lead project and studio management at Only. As a Senior Project Manager / Producer you will be working with clients across a range of sectors, helping to deliver brand, design and marketing projects.

The Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Managing brand, design and marketing projects for new and existing clients. Creating project plans, liaising with the design team and client contacts and scheduling meetings.
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels on principles of trust and transparency.
• Working with the Managing Director to manage the commercial health of projects, managing project budgets, negotiating contract terms, and logging client approvals.
• Supporting the research and strategy phase of brand identity projects by helping to plan and organise focus groups and workshops.
• Growing our reputation for delivering outstanding service to clients.

• Open to full or part-time applicants.
• Salary: £40k to £50k pro rata, depending on experience, plus profit share scheme.
• 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Studio closure between Christmas and New Year.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager/Producer, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Familiarity with project management software, processes and methodologies;
• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing position;
• Experience tracking and managing deadlines and budgets.
