Overview:

What is the role?

A vital role within V Creative, the Senior Production Manager (FTC maternity cover), reporting into the Head of Production, will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of cross-brand projects and workflows ensuring we meet demands with excellence, on time and on budget. Responsible for project management as well as the day-to-day running of the department, you will lead all aspects of management of on and off air projects, from creative development through to delivery.

  • Support HOP in the management of clip-based promo make lists and resource prioritisation.
  • Budget management, including HQ, discretionary, branding, project and campaigns, with final responsibility for all reporting.
  • This exciting and fast paces will see you driving collaboration between teams across different departments.
  • Line Manager responsibility you will lead by example, encourage team work and collaboration and help us embed ViacomCBS values, help foster greater inclusion and build the greatest possible workplace environment for our employees!
     

Project Management:

  • Resolving last minute schedule changes, ensuring the team works to and delivers a flexible and reactive workflow.
  • Handle budgets, timelines and schedules.
  • Liaise with the marketing, media planning and ops teams to ensure smooth delivery of on air content.
  • Recruit & source freelance production teams where necessary.
  • Coordinate post production bookings and clearcast / CAP delivery processes, on-air delivery and off-air delivery.
     

What skills you will need:

  • Collaborative and solution focussed.
  • Knowledge of short-form, branding production, post production and design workflows.
  • Experienced in project management across all media formats.
  • Able to identify and resolve issues, prioritise, handle risk and deliver.
  • Able to lead and develop project teams and working with multiple partners.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accomplished in negotiation skills.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and risk assessment procedures.
  • Extensive experience of budget creation, execution and management.
  • Experience in business affairs and legal and handling impact on creative projects.
