TT Games was acquired by Warner Bros. in 2007 and went on to develop the hit LEGO games franchise. The company is proud to continue its mission to be the leading publisher of interactive entertainment for young gamers and their families.

We’re seeking a Senior Producer with free to play experience to deliver world leading top 20 games. Working with a talented team of developers, your job will be to develop great game ideas into new releases.

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for the development, launch and ongoing live service delivery of games for Odyssey, a mobile-first Brighton-based studio under the TT Games umbrella. You will have experience of leading, motivating and organising a development team of 15 or more people to produce outstanding player experiences utilising Agile principles.

You’ll be one step ahead – maintaining workflow, pre-empting issues and ensuring releases and launches run smoothly. You’ll be constantly juggling priorities, and no two days will be the same so a calm and organised approach is essential. This role is all about establishing a positive working relationship with the team and your input into the smooth running of the studio will be welcomed.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing, tracking, maintaining and executing the overall project schedule/plan.
  • Managing the requirements of the Product Owners and discipline leads.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to provide clear direction, project plans and regular status updates.
  • Maintaining communication flow across the team.
  • Working alongside leads to identify the resources required to deliver the project successfully and within the constraints of the project plan.
  • Regular risk assessment of the project and resolving risks or elevating to the Head of Production.
  • Resolving project conflicts.
  • Provide coaching to future production staff where appropriate and with support from the Head of Production.
  • Support the Head of Production with resource planning.
  • Continuously research and recommend best practices to drive game development.
  • Establish, expand and mature pipelines, technologies and tools to streamline project processes.
  • Undertake relevant on-the-job training where required and keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies.
  • Identifying and ensuring that all employee relations matters (including absence, performance and conduct) are dealt with in line with Company policies and procedures and in liaison with Human Resources.
  • Delegating work to employees and monitoring output.
  • Provide/arrange any required on-the-job training and coaching where necessary.
  • Proven experience with full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, including live service support.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver AAA titles on time and on budget
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Agile & SCRUM experience highly advantageous
  • Experience with Jira and MS Office advantageous
  • Practical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates dependability and commitment to projects/tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
