Whether it’s a perfectly phrased playbook, dynamic ad copy, a strong sales narrative or effective email, great content is how we bring our marketing strategies to life.

The Senior Marketing Copywriter will take the lead on many of these projects. The successful candidate will work alongside the Marketing and Creative teams to shape campaign strategy and deliverables. They will then roll up their sleeves to execute on those deliverables across a variety of channels, including paid and organic social, digital display, ebooks, website, email and video. We are looking for a candidate with razor-sharp copywriting skills and a strong track record of editorial or content marketing work for B2B or enterprise audiences. The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with senior stakeholders is a must. Experience mentoring other copywriters or team members will be an advantage.

You will be inventive and tenacious. Imaginative and effective. You will be comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects across different channels (and time zones). You will have a fanatical attention to detail and will be enthusiastic about collaborating with different teams. Above all, you will have a sincere desire to tell stories about why business is better when people are connected.
 

SENIOR MARKETING COPY WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver the content strategy that fuels world-class campaigns.

  • Own hands-on copy execution across a wide variety of channels: paid/organic social (both performance and brand marketing), digital display, ebooks, website, email, video (storyboarding), etc.

  • Contribute to global editorial and content strategy.

  • Develop team of freelancers to enhance editorial coverage on the Workplace blo.

  • Develop innovative ideas/formats for new content campaigns.

  • Work with digital team to optimize content based on measurement and analytics.
     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10 years experience delivering B2B editorial/campaigns.

  • Deep knowledge of performance and brand marketing strategy.

  • Understanding of/interest in the enterprise marketing landscape.

  • Ability to translate complicated messages into compelling copy.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.

  • Creative and self-motivated.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and juggle multiple deadlines.

  • Knowledge of measurement and analytics strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of HTML or WordPress preferred.
