To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Demonstrable experience of growing traffic and converting this to incremental revenue in excess of £1m.

  • Management of complex teams on a matrix basis or on a subcontracted basis.

  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform.

  • Good working knowledge of an enterprise class marketing automation platform. Ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience delivering roadmaps.

  • Good Agile (ideally scrum) working knowledge.

  • Have owned website optimization for a major brand.

  • AB testing expertise.

  • Good working knowledge of core SEM disciplines

Be great if you also have:

  • Google data studio working knowledge

  • Line management experience

  • Scrum product owner certification.

  • Have managed UX resources.

About the Senior Digital Manager:

Our digital team has driven exceptional growth over the past 3 years and recognizes this role as being essential to move from a hygiene experience to a delightful experience in digital marketing.

This role is pivotal within our digital team. The role will deliver against the following:

  • Building new digital capabilities to attract and retain customers

  • Create omni-channel optimised journeys

  • Manage and Lead SEO, PPC and web development projects.

  • Manage our external agencies and suppliers

  • Drive lead generation for qualified business opportunities across our markets

  • Manage testing and evaluate new channels, benchmarking and reporting performance

  • Knowledge of analytics, reporting and continuous improvement to drive commercial growth

  • Be business performance expert who is passionate and has the ability to communicate complex and detailed approaches to senior management and stakeholders.


How will you add value in this role?

  • Hands on experience of working with agile teams

  • Desire to help the team improve performance and get better and better.

  • Experience of running and participating in hackathons

  • A/B and Multivariant testing.

  • Marketing automation, lead scoring and journey planning to create an omni channel approach that drives revenue generation.

  • Will identify approaches for solving marketing challenges through the use of digital, working with inbound and outbound marketing execs to ensure an end to end view is taken on our experiences.

  • Will have responsibility for growing our digital revenues.

  • Ability to guide design direction and decision making.

  • Will define and implement a framework for ongoing testing of our digital experiences, both A/B testing and user testing.

  • Will manage the ongoing offshore digital relationship

  • Will shape the direction of our digital roadmap and strategy.

  • Leads and drives collaboration through insight.

  • Fosters collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing and GTM

  • Familiar with agile development principles

  • Champions the LexisNexis brands to ensure that they are appropriately represented in all client facing comms, including websites and social media.

  • Any other duties, as reasonably requested.
