About the position:
As Senior Digital Designer you will be a key member of the Creative Team. You will be expected to partner with teams across the business where you will bring your design logic and knowhow to ensure the integrity of our design work is maintained throughout the creative process. You will work most closely with our Digital team bridging a gap between them and the creative team.

As well as being a team player it is expected that you will be comfortable presenting and liaising with clients. There is real opportunity within this role to establish yourself and make your mark in the team whilst maintaining, developing and raising our standards on all things digital.

The type of projects you can expect to work on include:

  • Video and editing: We work on a wide variety of video projects including ‘talking heads’, corporate overview, explainer and campaign videos.
  • Social media: Maintaining visual consistency across all our output, designing & setting up templates, applying motion graphics and video, delivering campaigns and carousels.
  • Animation: Infographics, logo animation, intro stings.
  • Websites and Email: We have an in-house team that deliver websites, email campaigns and newsletters. As a team we often assist in their creation so a working understanding of responsive design and any CMS and CSS would be a bonus.
  • Online brochures: We create online flip-books occasionally and it would be a bonus if you have experience in this area.

Technical requirements:

  • You will need to be proficient across most of the Adobe Suite particularly After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience in Figma, PowerPoint, Hubspot and Webflow would be an advantage.

  • A strong portfolio of work demonstrating your digital design skill.
