The Nokia Technologies Brand Partnerships team runs the Nokia brand licensing business. The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for building the Nokia brand value through partner developed products and services while meeting business and revenue targets.

 

Job Description:

We are now looking for a Senior manager for digital brand management to join our team.
 

Job Responsibilities & Competencies:

In this role, you will be required to develop and maintain the brand architecture and governance of the Nokia brand across multiple digital platforms so as to establish a sustainable framework for our brand licensees to operate in. You will also be required to work in close coordination with the rest of the Nokia brand partnerships team and other brand teams in Nokia to ensure that all activities by the brand licensees are accretive to the Nokia brand.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Define the optimal brand architecture and consumer experience for digital channels, including web, ecommerce, search, paid media, email, eCRM and mobile applications. This to be conducted in alignment with Nokia central brand functions.
  • Establish governance models and processes to operationalize the target architecture.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and brand requirements based on these architectures for brand licensees.
  • Coach brand licensees in the use of the brand requirements and on achieving the Nokia brand experience in digital channels.
  • Peruse, give feedback and approve materials and plans submitted by the brand licensees.
  • Help monitor, report and drive corrective actions for any deviations from Nokia requirements by our brand licensees.
  • Support the Nokia brand partnerships team in creating a collaborative relationship with our brand licensees.

This position reports to the Head of Brand and GTM in Nokia Brand Partnerships.

Qualifications:

In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A strong track record in digital and/or eCommerce roles as a brand custodian or as a digital marketer who has executed against brand guidelines. Experience working on international brands is a definite plus.
  • A curious mindset with strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Great interpersonal skills, is able to work collaboratively with internal and brand licensee team and persuasive. Good presentation skills and the ability to influence others and negotiate effectively are a definite plus.
  • Be able to work across various time zones.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Experience in consumer electronics industry and/or brand licensing will be a plus.
  • Able to travel: 10-20% of the time (not applicable during COVID situation).
