Our Senior Designer will have the unique opportunity to create new and innovative graphic design elements, as well as motion graphics for a wide assortment of shoppable content. This person is highly motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic, with a track record of working well under pressure and thriving in a deadline driven work environment. Top-tier skills in Adobe Creative Suite tools are fundamental, as is an established portfolio that showcases visual storytelling in a variety of mediums (digital content, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns). The right person will also bring strategic, elevated ideas to the table; and has the organization skills to manage a complex and fast-paced production timeline.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Works with ACD to create and develop intelligent, thoughtful, compelling presentations that showcase monthly editorialized content planning, as well as brand-right executions for all organic social and some paid media campaigns.

  • Learns the brand personality and aesthetic.

  • Leads design on case studies as creative explores new innovative ideas to implement into a larger content strategy.

  • Design graphics for live content production, marketing campaigns, and sales materials.

  • Design engaging campaigns across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, with listening insights from internal social data.

  • Ability to forecast current format trends in design, type, and layouts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

  • Partners with copy generate compelling designs that still communicate the essence of our messaging.

  • Communicates current, relevant design trends that are aspirational to the brand.

  • Review content to identify opportunities and deliver successful improvements. 

  • Works with ACD or stakeholders to drive design schedule.

  • Evaluate and build design solutions that facilitate scalability, and drive design requirements by diving deep and offering customer focused solutions.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a must. 

  • Knowledge of after effects strongly desired.

  • Create motion graphic branded content for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Strong sense of UI design best practices.

  • Develops long and short form design strands across all social channels. 

  • Knowledge of video and photo production will be essential to this role.

  • Fluent in social media best practices.

  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.



  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in art and design preferably.

  • Strong creative background.

  • 5+ years of related experience in graphic design, preferably in a fashion retail environment.

  • Relevant portfolio of recent work.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly skilled in fostering a collaborative work environment.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize next steps with diverse peer and senior teams.

  • Develop and execute plans and strategies quickly, capitalizing on momentum and incremental progress.

  • Detail oriented and having the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands: 

  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.

  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

  • May involve moving or lifting items under 20 pounds.

Other Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills required.

  • Knowledge of after effects and motion graphics.

Work Hours: 

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
