Highly acclaimed branding agency known for challenging their sector and constantly pushing creative boundaries seek a Design Director to lead, mentor and motivate the talented team they have in place. 

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of something special. Working across wide reaching integrated campaigns you’ll take the creative lead on detailed and intricate branding projects with full creative license working from naming stages through to roll out. 

The role demands someone who is passionate and charismatic. Overseeing the design team, a crucial element of your role will be to inspire and motivate your colleagues as well as being heavily client facing developing and nurturing strong, closely bonded client relationships. 

First and foremost, though you’ll be conceptually gifted and experienced thinking strategically. We’re looking for a senior creative with a love and deep understanding of branding, driven by good ideas and a desire to constantly enthrall and excite. You’ll be experienced in delivering well-conceived concepts, strategy and creative solutions across multiple channels. Strong typographic/layout skills and a highly creative approach to both print and online briefs essential.
