Rub shoulders with the planners, copywriters, motion graphics artists, designers, photographers, and image specialists who help get the AO name out across TV, radio, web, social and print month in, month out - and make sure there’s fun and rewards along the way.

As our Senior Designer, you will lead our CRM design team that’s focused on creating the best customer retention experience. You’ll deliver inspiring email designs and be a key player in shaping, evolving and pushing creative standards to deliver best-in-class brand, customer and commercial experiences.

With a great eye for detail, a genuine passion for design and a strong knowledge of the role email can play in engaging our customers, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment, five days a week.

Great communication skills are essential and the ability to tackle every aspect of projects from start to finish is a must.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

  • Designing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement using responsive design and utilising data to inform decisions
  • Following brand guidelines and using our visual identity to ensure all content is on-brand and consistent
  • Bringing products to life with animation to create gifs for use in email marketing and help drive engagement
  • Working closely with copywriters, developers and stakeholders to understand project objectives, assisting in the creation of concepts and producing highly engaging artwork
  • Staying on top of current trends, best practices, and new technologies in email design
  • Mentoring the email designers and signing-off the output of the workstream to ensure the highest quality

A Few Things About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum 2 years’ experience at a senior level within a creative team
  • Obsesses about the detail and has a huge passion for delivering quality work
  • Demonstrates strong layout, design, and typography skills
  • Displays a good understanding of responsive design and UX methodologies
  • Takes an interest in advancements in technology and techniques in design, taking inspiration from industry leaders and encouraging development and collaboration within the team
  • Is able to use animation techniques to drive engagement
