SENIOR CREATIVE - DIGITAL AGENCY - LONDON - £60k
This new and exciting senior role is with a world leading digital comms agency providing social strategy, content expertise and ideation to some of the world’s best-known brands. They’re experts in creative content, insights, strategy, social media, sponsorship, mobile and events working with the entertainment, automotive, telecommunications, FMCG, retail, fashion and technology sectors.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their growing creative team who can deliver guidance and direction across the spectrum of content development, execution and innovation.
This is a senior, high profile role within a dynamic creative unit. They lead in ideation and development of inspiring and innovative content across multiple platforms, from overarching international campaigns to fast content for a vast array of leading global clients, we are a small but very busy department.
You will help deliver creative excellence and strategic innovation across digital channels and creative ideation within the wider EMEA business.
They provide social strategy, content expertise and ideation to some of the world’s best-known brands.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate will have a strong, broad and adaptable aesthetic with proven design experience at senior/mid weight level across a range of media, clients, varied shoots and campaigns.
This role involves managing and shaping a brief from conception to execution on a wide range of creative projects. It touches all areas of the team: from brand campaigns, social executions; from content for large umbrella campaigns through to one-off innovative social executions.
Fitting within a wider creative team, the position relies on a confident, energetic and experienced creative with a comprehensive understanding of image-making, design within the social environment, with a strong ability to lead, collaborate and motivate others.
• Experience of concepting and execution of a broad range of creative projects across physical, digital and motion.
• Strong, dynamic researcher and be comfortable directing creative productions large and small.
• Experience of managing junior team members
• An eye for detail
• Good communication and collaborative skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• A pro-active positive attitude
• Calm under pressure
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop essential)
• Experience within a digital or creative agency will be advantageous
