Overview:

Urban Outfitters seeks an e-commerce professional that will assist in executing targeted site content campaigns for all key business areas in support of our ever growing global omni-channel business. This role will focus on project execution assisting in strategic planning, execution, and analysis of the website content and personalization program. This role will work with cross-functional partners to ensure all strategies meet brand standards with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. This position on the Urban Outfitters e-commerce team reports to Manager, Web Content Optimization

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with web content management to execute innovative and creative content web and app platforms.
  • Assist in process and execution efficiencies for multiple projects and business initiatives relating to website content marketing and personalization program.
  • Attend meetings and work collaboratively with Analytics, Creative, Marketing Planning, and Merchandising teams to ensure delivery of brand-appropriate content pages and personalized experiences.
  • Ongoing quality assurance and monitoring of website experience and proper functionality.
  • Utilize multiple web applications such as content management system and personalization system.
  • Identify and report technical issues to manager before they go out to the customer.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in retail operations or e-commerce organization and or co-op/internship experience.

 

Job Skills:

  • Ability to multitask, working independently and time management. Prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams or individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of web applications and technical systems, prior CMS experience preferred.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
