JOB PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Director of Creative Experience, with a team to direct, the role will be responsible for creating meaningful creative experiences for the brand. From the conceptual ideation, visualization and creative development, the successful candidate will lead the creative process end to end.

Partnering with external and the in-house production functions on all experiential activations globally, ensuring the vision of the brand is constantly communicated.   

With numerous global events varying from in-store product activations, to global brand events- the scale and scope of which vary from small, through to our annual London Fashion Week shows, and everything between, this dynamic role will be required to provide creative direction on spirit and mood, physical experience, location, scenography, lighting, materiality, digital, graphics and branding across all events.

From within the Creative Media Department, this role requires a confident creative point of view, a collaborative style of working and strong communication skills. A proven background in creative design within the retail, live events/theatre industries is required.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under the direction of the Director of Creative Experience, you will hold the creative conceptualisation and development of all experiential activations.
  • Communication of design ideas to cross functional collaborators.
  • Communication of design ideas through reference packs, sketches/hand-drawings, CAD composites and CAD scale drawings.
  • Drive to deliver the vision.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within the creative sector of the live events industry.
  • Proven experience in spatial, sensory and experimental design.
  • Energetic with a drive to succeed within a dynamic and at times pressured environment.
  • Strong communicator.
  • High level of research/conception competence.
  • High level of drawing/visualization competence.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Proficient in relevant CAD packages.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
