The account is fast paced and exciting, and requires an experienced candidate, who is adaptable and capable of driving campaigns autonomously. The ideal candidate will require flawless client services skills, a team approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle numerous priorities simultaneously.

Sky is market leader in its sector; and you will be 100% dedicated to the Sky Digital account and focused on pure digital projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in agency and have broad digital skillsets, client business relationships, and running digital campaign delivery.
You’ll be working across a number of digital projects for Sky. These projects are predominantly focused on the creative and development of rich, dynamic and social digital display media . These projects span across a number of Sky sub brands including Sports, Movies, Broadband, Sky Go, Sky+ and TV Shows; to name a few.
You’ll collaborate with the wider Sky inter-agency team, participating in cross-agency meeting/sessions with the likes of Mediacom, Brothers & Sisters, WCRS, V3. Internally at Sapient, you’ll collaborate and knowledge share across the wider Sapient Sky account with other internal teams including major offline streams of work including DRTV, DM, Press, DR and with the other European Sapient/Sky teams in Italy and Germany, these may provide opportunities for travel and knowledge sharing at other Sapient offices.

- Develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact.
- Deliver strategic solutions and innovative concepts to campaign deliverables.
- Management of the day-to-day client activities to the high standard expected from clients.
- Liaise closely with planning to understand strategic goals and the competitive environment.
- Brief all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly.
- Encourage creative teams to develop work in line with required strategic direction.
- Accountable for high quality project delivery to agreed deadlines.
- Actively contribute to all meetings attended, both internally and externally.
- Attend regular client status meetings and manage status and contact reports.
- Present creative work, budgets and timing plans to clients.
- Effective communication, with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications.
- Team line management responsibilities and team motivation.
- Ensure the financial process is adhered to and billing/sales sheets are updated regularly and reflect an accurate picture of work in progress.
- To be up-to-date on trends and platforms, and equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.
- Graduate caliber with min 2-4 years agency experience.
- Good understanding of the agency, planning, creative and production processes.
- Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
- Ambitious, fun, adaptable, confident and self-motivated.
- Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
