 As the SEO, CRM & Web Development Manager you will play a key role working with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure optimum efficiency and seamless communications for all our companies. The role comprises of:

CRM Management

  • Using Microsoft Dynamics, you will be collating, sorting, profiling and segmenting historical data
  • Through your reports and analysis of our data, you will educate the wider business (Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance) on your findings
  • Help to improve and automate communication processes
  • Assist with the design and development of email marketing
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance

Website Development

  • Improve existing UX of current sites
  • Design, code and modify new sections of the website when needed
  • Manage day-to-day website updates in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues and resolve
  • Help improve website through creative solutions such as video and graphics


  • Carry out an SEO audit on all our websites
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide guidance on how to optimize copy and landing pages
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on all websites
  • Work with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Work with marketing team to devise and manage Google Ads
  • Devise and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • CSS, Wordpress (Editor, Themes, Plugins), HTML
  • Graphic Design, Adobe Design Tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Mailchimp
