We’re looking for a keen, capable and passionate digital retoucher to join our small but busy team.
We welcome graduates and people with decade-long experience alike.
Come and impress us with your work ethic, drive and spirit - we have a very special position for the right individual!
The main bulk of the work consists of product and e-commerce post-production of images that we photographed either in our studio or out on location for our varied client base. Colour-correcting, liquifying, path-drawing, resizing, clean-up and general retouch are some of the more typical actions you’ll do on a daily basis.
In addition to the retouching role we’re offering an excellent opportunity for an exceptional person to join the management of the business - giving support in all areas of studio and office life such as IT, delegation of retouching work, set building etc. Let us know in your application if this interests you.
What started as a one-man enterprise over 20 years ago quickly developed into a sought-after photography and retouching business and for a good reason. Clients from a broad range of industries appreciate our Director’s no-fuss, quick and result-driven attitude to every job, big or small, and we keep getting new work through word of mouth while retaining a loyal core clientele.
The atmosphere in our company is casual and relaxed. We like music and clever diverse team members who add colour to the working day. Our countryside setting makes for a relaxing distraction from the workload.
Our ideal candidate:
Is someone who would quickly blend into a typical and busy day of digital post-production.
is eager to please, has a laid-back personality but serious approach to work.
takes self-initiative and is willing to exceed expectations, learn and grow.
is a real team-player who puts the company first and their own ego second.
is someone who takes ownership of their work and pride in job well done.
is a driver and owns a car.
strong working knowledge of Photoshop.
solid understanding of e-commerce post-production.
proven experience retouching products.
confident Wacom tablet user.
ability to consistently deliver high-quality work to time-sensitive deadlines.
Good to Have:
any IT troubleshooting knowledge.
strong customer service - phone and e-mail.
office management skills.
social media management.
sense of humour.
If this sounds like your dream job - please apply now! We’d love to hear form you.
