This role is pivotal to ensuring a strong and cohesive client service team with a strong footprint across the client’s markets within Europe. It forms as essential part of this world class agencies efforts to support standardisation and centralisation of the client's CRM operations. 

Forming part of the lead group account within the agency, The Regional Director requires a high calibre of person who can drive business, lead, inspire the team and deliver great work across this massive global automotive account. 


Reporting to the into a Head, the Regional Director’s role is to provide leadership, direct management and development of a Pan-European client services team and client relationship building and the delivery of CRM strategy and communications in up to 8 marketing regions covering 24 European markets. 


The main focus of the role will be but not limited to the following; 


* Local market implementation of central strategy and communications materials
* Building great relationships with clients and internal teams within the account and across the agency.
* Maintaining deep knowledge of the client's business and market insights, covering consumer insight, competitor activity and the clients' operational & data capability.
* Acting as a client advocate within the agency - ensuring that the team and the wider agency understand and are excited by the client's business and communications

Acting as the agency ambassador, the Regional Director will effectively work with internal agency departments, the clients, its partner agencies and the strategy team to drive the development of compelling product plans, strategies and creative work across all markets.

The Regional Director will maintain an overview of all the work (communication strategy, data strategy, centrally developed artwork) that the central team is undertaking for the client and be responsible for line management of the existing Client Partners.

You must come with seasoned digital, CRM, Strategy, automotive and agency experience and really want to be the lead figure is this fast paced sector.
