TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Creative Lab is TikTok’s in-house creative service, dedicated to producing best in class work on the platform throughout Europe. Based in London, the Creative Lab will help and inspire brands and agencies to push creativity and partnerships on the platform.

We are looking for a Production Manager to manage internal and external production relationships. You’ll create detailed and rigorous project schedules and manage calendars and budgets to give our creative strategies the support and flexibility needed to reach their fullest potential. You will work with creatives, designers, project managers and sales teams on RFP’s and client campaigns, and project management internal content and activations that promote TikTok throughout Europe..

The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer and project manager with front line experience of producing social content. You will join a collaborative environment in which producers, technologists, strategists, and creatives can deliver their best work.

You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and the necessary experience to seamlessly blend the worlds of different production disciplines for TikTok’s leader brand campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to define the way brands show up in the world’s fastest growing digital channel as we build the Creative Lab team from scratch, so you’ll be a builder, willing to roll up your sleeves to do the work.

Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end production of development projects and partners.
Support creative resourcing by sourcing, booking, briefing, and managing work flow of permanent and freelance teams. Accurately scope projects and create corresponding project plans that include cost, timeline, resourcing and workflows Establish and maintain production processes and workflows.
Grow a black book of potential partners and provide production / creative recommendations.
Gather and provide both feedback to Creative Lab teams and external partners.
 

Qualifications:

Requirements:
5+ years experience within a creative agency, digital agency or production company.

Strong background in delivering a range of digital projects. Excellent understanding of project management processes.

Ability to juggle multiple projects. Experience in working with multiple departments.

Strong stakeholder management experience.

Proven experience in working closely with clients.

Experienced in running and planning physical and digital events.
