Job Purpose:
You will own and optimise the delivery of our Refinish+ services to key customers in North America, EMEA and APAC in line with our strategy to grow and retain customers. This will involve managing the end-to-end Refinish+ software development process with 3rd party vendors from design, testing and deployment You will also coordinate successful Refinish+ rollouts with regional service managers to attract and retain premium customers.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Develop approaches for the capture of customer requirements. 
•    Manage the Refinish+ software and Refinish+ interface development process from design, execution, testing, deployment & support.
•    Develop & execute a product and technology roadmap.
•    Create ongoing support structure for Refinish+ service solutions including provision of country onboarding, customer activation, customer reports & training.
•    Identify & deliver growth/retention opportunities to complement our premium brands strategic offering and Refinish+ strategy. 
•    Maintain a watch on emerging technologies, trends & competitors’ services.

Job Requirements:
•    Masters Graduate calibre.
•    Experience within a product owner role for software & service development.
•    Experience of managing and delivering digital projects.
•    Solid experience in a software development or information technology role.
•    Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
•    Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
•    Occasional business travel may be required

•    Interest in technology and digital trends, from a variety of industries 
•    Able to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Familiar with Agile software development. 
•    Familiarity within the Automotive industry would be advantageous but not mandatory
