TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Strategy & Operations team, the role involves close collaboration with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working in digital marketing/media. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and adoption of products in Europe; Set goals, manage launches and develop tool kits to be implemented locally. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
- Collaborate with Product Teams and Market Owners to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ads products in Europe.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Market Owners to help shape the regional product narrative across Europe and drive industry-wide recognition through collaboration with marketing and PR.
- Collect product feedback from Product Marketing Market Owners and conduct market research to act as the voice-of-customer for product teams, guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to ensure product market fit.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working within media in a product management or product marketing capacity. - BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies. (e.g. Auction/Programmatic, brand/performance measurement, adtech/martech).
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
