You will be expected to perform the following:

Product Strategy:

  • Define and write the product vision and strategy that will bring fans closer to the games and athletes they love.
  • Generate ideas that will create opportunities to deepen fan engagement and increase profitability via the platform.
  • Design and own the product roadmap, design releases, and features updates.
  • Choose and decide prioritization of features that is cohesive with the overall product story and fan experience.
  • Work with strategic partners in integrating other services to the platform.

Product Performance and Management:

  • Capture market insights and requirements from various stakeholders to ensure a balance of product innovation and evolution.
  • Monitor trends, fan activities, and the competitive space in order to adjust the product as opportunities arise.
  • Manage changes in product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Organizational Interface:

  • Update the management on the strategic plan for the platform, progress, and current efforts in achieving the goals.
  • Participate in Agile development practices and proactively help the technical teams understand the product vision and requirements.
  • Provide guidance in producing interfaces that support the desired user experience and engagement.
  • Talk tech with developers, UX with designers, copy and branding with marketing, numbers with finance, and productizing with the management.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you have the following qualifications.

  • A sports enthusiast, especially of Philippine basketball.
  • You're a proud Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, IT, or any College program that would have prepared you for the role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Figma is not required but would help you collaborate with members of our team.
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a digital product management role and have experienced successful product delivery from strategy definition to launch.
  • You understand e-commerce as well as the digital landscape.
  • You are a natural collaborator who has excellent communication skills.
  • You have a strong sense of nationalism, compassion, integrity, and creativity.
