Have fun at work. Love your team. Learn new tech. Impact Microsoft biggest businesses.

Join our small technology and experience incubation team to help people achieve more. Our scope spans the Experience and Devices Group (EDG), including some of Microsoft's fastest growing and most used products, services, and businesses: the Office apps and services, Surface devices, Windows experiences, Outlook, Teams, Skype, to name a few. We are not constrained by the boundaries of existing products and technologies: we seek out ways to both help existing products innovate and to explore new products, technologies, and business areas. We value getting a job done and making the EDG organization better, regardless of who gets the credit: we are a small team that helps and accelerates much larger teams.

Imagine working daily where you can see the results of and refine your work immediately, rather than after a long build and release process. Imagine learning about new opportunities, creating inspirational designs as part of your daily work, rather than in your free time. Imagine having coworkers whose most important values are respect, curiosity, excellence, fun, and family. If this sounds like your kind of team, we would love to help you live this experience!
