As Vehicle Administrator/ Photographer you will be central to operations at our busy vehicle preparation centre in CarStore Chesterfield. You will support the team around you, working together to ensure all requirements are met and our customers are consistently satisfied.

What does the role of Vehicle Administrator/ Photographer involve?

• Administration of our key security system as cars arrive and depart from site.
• Bringing cars into stock on our computer system.
• Administration of inbound and outbound deliveries and collections of vehicles.
• Invoicing jobs on our computer system.
• Moving cars around on site ifwhen required.
• Taking pictures of vehicles in photography studio.
• Adding specifications of vehicles onto our system.
• Scanning and uploading of vehicle documents to Pinnacle.

What do you need to succeed as a Vehicle Administrator/ Photographer?

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferable.
• Strong administration and excel experience.
• Be comfortable working under pressure.
• Fantastic organisational skills and great attention to detail.
