We’re looking for a Social and Display specialist to join our team at this exciting time and be a part of the changes we’re going through.

 

About you:

The successor for this role will have a keen interest in luxury retail and appreciate the need for staying on the pulse of change in an ever-changing industry. Motivated by your work and skilled in your craft, you will be an experienced social and display specialist able to manage the strategy across online platforms. You’ll have demonstrable experience on advising the business on its use of these platforms and challenging what is possible through innovation and your expertise.

 

You’ll require the following skills and capabilities:

•             Experience in media analytics roles, with a focus on supporting large scale and complex global digital ad campaigns.

•             Knowledge of key Marketing and Ad Management Platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook.

•             Knowledge of key analytic platforms Google Analytics or Adobe.

•             Strong communication and collaborative working skills with the ability to articulate challenges and opportunities to key stakeholders.

•             Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail with an overall passion for continual improvement.

•             Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and media knowledge and at all levels of seniority.

•             An understanding of media landscape cross-channel.

 

What to expect:

As Social and Display Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategies across a variety of platforms globally, working towards channel and business performance targets. Key responsibilities include working closely with our agency to ensure the accounts are implemented and maintained for successful campaigns.  You will offer the agency strategic direction and influence regular optimisations and testing. You will be comfortable presenting key learnings back to the business regularly. You will work closely with the online trading team to capture the latest trends and products in the channel strategy and ad copy.

The Social and Display Manager will manage and develop the channel executive and assistant, working together to deliver against deadlines, targets and successfully grow the channels globally.

Working with internal teams such as finance and IT is integral to ensure that processes, invoicing and technical updates are managed appropriately, and any technical issues are addressed quickly.  You will always be looking for new ways to drive efficiency and innovation for the channel, with support from the Performance Marketing Manager. The Social and Display Manager will be responsible for managing Harrods Digital Display and Paid Social campaigns across a variety of platforms globally and in line with business growth objectives.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

•             Build and maintain channel strategy in line with business objectives and utilising data to inform strategic decision making.

•             Build and maintain performance reports across social and display marketing channels to provide the team and internal stakeholders with accurate and timely performance overview of always on media.

•             Interpret performance data to share appropriate insights and recommendations with the digital teams on campaign performance, including but not limited to, detailed audience, creative and spend analysis.

•             Develop a roadmap for continuous testing with defined success metrics, identifying budget required and potential performance benefit to the business.

•             Manage and develop the Channel Lead, working together to deliver against deadlines, targets and successfully grow the channels globally.
