What you'll be doing:

Here at innocent, we’re going through an exciting period of growth, getting our drinks into the hands of more drinkers in the UK and beyond. 

This means we are growing our creative team too, so we’ve created a shiny new role for a packaging account manager to come and join our creative hub (that’s the name we give our creative team, they’re like an internal creative agency just for us.).

As our first packaging account manager you’ll get to work on loads of exciting projects, including our current packaging (including labels, bottles, tetras and multi-packs), any new product development and also be involved with strategic packaging projects as they come up.

This is a key role in our creative packaging team. You’ll be managing budgets, logistics and different stakeholders. There’s lots to juggle in the way of feedback and timelines and we’ll be counting on you to keep it all moving. We’re happy for you to bring your own ideas and help shape our account managing process.

You’ll get to work with a great bunch of people. This role will work closely with our lovely marketing team, the folks over in our supply chain team. There will also be some external contacts too – like our external creative agencies, our trusted production agency, and our printers. And of course, you’ll work with all our creative minds, as well as freelance packaging designers and photographers.

You'll have:

  • Lots of experience (agency experience is great, in-house is a plus too) in consumer-focused branding and packaging design.
  • Some great examples of planning packaging projects from brief to print.
  • The ability to re-prioritise and escalate briefs while protecting our processes to help support strong creative outputs that are on time and on budget (we like to keep the main thing, the main thing).
  • Extremely good organisational skills and be a great problem solver (especially when dealing with unreasonable requests…we can be a demanding bunch).
  • Exceptional communication- verbally and via email/teams.
  • An interest in learning about the operations process of packaging and print (there will be a little bit of that to do as well).
