One Stop - Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for:
•I positively manage the Digital Marketing Executives, supporting them in the execution & optimization our online content, product range and brand, making sure our online channels are playing their role in the customer journey.
•I manage the website content strategy, working closely with the Customer and Online team.
•I manage the up-keep and content plan of all owned and non-owned customer facing platforms, ensuring content changes are made on a timely basis, reviewing and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience and to optimise content, ensuring the brand guidelines are being upheld at all times.
•I devise, develop and implement our email strategy, looking at segmentation, clustering and optimisation to enhance user experience and to increase open rates and conversions.
•I am responsible for reporting and analysing performance of email campaigns, implementing improvements and provide recommendations for future activity to increase brand visibility and awareness.
•I devise strategies to drive online traffic / data capture / conversions to ensure we are driving new customers into store and online.
•I co-develop / consult on digital marketing campaigns and techniques with the Customer team.
•I work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in the preparation and delivery of digital KPI reports with details of the performance of all digital channels, providing recommendations for future growth.
•I lead the implementation of best practice with regards to SEO and online content development.
•I manage the Digital Marketing Executives to oversee the execution and implementation of best practice online with SEO, content development, analytics, product and price information and general housekeeping online.
•I manage the Digital Marketing Executives and work closely with the Customer team, internal and external stakeholders to execute innovative and impactful digital campaigns.
•I analyse social media and online performance, creating reports and providing insight and recommendations.
•I manage CRM systems, email and any customer databases, ensuring we’re data compliant.
•I have ownership of the activation of online assortment, including product information, photography, taxonomy, category information, website merchandising and product website search management.
•I manage and own the gamification plan, working with the Product team, Suppliers and Customer team to design and create compelling games for customers.
•I keep abreast of digital platforms and innovations to ensure that the brand maintains competitive advantage.
You will need:
•Strong CRM/email marketing campaign experience
•Knowledge of basic HTML & data manipulation is beneficial
•Strong digital website experience
•Experience with analysis & reporting to determine ROI of campaigns
•Experience in Display ads & Mobile campaigns
•Marketing degree, CIM or similar qualification
•Ideally a commercial / FMCG, e-communication marketing background
•Analytical, with data-lead approach
