The role: New Business Development Manager
Are you passionate at winning profitable revenue from new named business, predominantly in the digital space? Are you good at targeting the right sections of the market to open and build relationships in a proactive and value added manner? Can you build relationships and convince potential clients of our capabilities so that they provide us with the opportunities to pitch our value to them?

To own the pitch process using target customer and market insight plus clear understanding of client needs to leverage the right capabilities of We Love to differentiate and win new business.

We’re looking for someone to take charge of our pitch process using target customer and market insight to leverage the capabilities of We Love and win new business.

Your experience
• Be able to illustrate innovation, strong presentation and communication skills, financial knowledge, a take charge and hands on attitude.
• Ability to travel, ability to operate as a team member as well as be self reliant, ability to lead by example, and to do all of this with integrity.
• Be able to present the services of We Love to prospective clients and opening an effective dialogue, with the goal of setting a qualified meeting, winning work from credentials as well as presenting a proposal (at pitch level) and closing transactions. 
• A proven record in industry is required to help aid the next stage of We Love’s lifecycle. It is a key role in which the candidate will play an integral part of We Love’s development.
• To ensure that creative concepts as part of a pitch are on brief and meeting the client requirements.
• To add value and assist the account teams with new ideas, proposals and pitches to existing clients for account development.
• To be full of passion, desire and love to work with other talented individuals to make a difference in this industry… To help make We Love a Top 100 agency.
• To research and understand potential client needs in targeted industry sectors which will be new to We Love
• Secure qualified meetings with prospective clients and assist with structuring and closing prospective transactions and related agencies by communicating the benefits offered by We Love
• Emphasis is exclusively on new business development in both UK and other European markets, although expanding current client workload will be part focus as on a periodic basis.
• To identify selected prospective clients, target client contact, manage initial contact, building relationships with key contacts then proactively closing agreements to secure profitable revenue.
• Pipeline generation – contacts, leads, prospects, pitches, closes – measured at every stage of the sales process.
• Sales Net Revenue (Gross Margin) from new named accounts.
• Continual improvement of pitch activity in terms of assessed quality of the ‘face of We Love’ as we present ourselves to market.
• Significant agency environment experience with proven capabilities in proactive business development, prospect pipeline building and most importantly pitching then winning new named business.
•  A good understanding of a multitude of disciplines and sectors. It is important for us as an agency to develop a varied client list.
• Exceptional information presentation skills.
