We are looking for an experienced and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join TikTok's Creative Lab in London. Working closely with our diverse team of in-house creatives you will be a part of a global think tank working across many creative touchpoints. If you're someone who is constantly pushing the boundaries of motion design and excited about building beautiful narratives, we'd love to speak with you.

- Work collaboratively with internal team to create innovative, compelling creative.
- Design and animate original and existing designs into marketing material.
- Update and refresh existing video creative with current graphics while looking for ways to improve TikTok's graphic system.
- Must be able to gather design references, build style frames and communicate ideas on a brand-wide level, effectively contextualizing work within the TikTok ecosystem of design.
- Must be an avid brand storyteller.
- Organize and media manage motion graphics assets.
- Interface with internal and external clients.
- Provide leadership on asset management, workflow and inter-team processes.


- 6+ years of professional design direction or art direction experience.
- Proficient in AfterEffects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Detailed, meticulous and organized.
- Must have the ability to work independently, solve problems, make decisions and communicate effectively in fast paced environments.
- Passionate storyteller and media creator.
- Effective communicator.
- Ability to multi-task and seamlessly transition between multiple workstreams.
- Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a team environment.
