Background:

TLC Marketing Worldwide is a global marketing agency. We are a unique fusion of experienced marketers, creatives and innovative deal makers whose skills combine to create, manage and deliver award-winning incentive and loyalty campaigns.

Role Description:

• We are looking for a bright ambitious creative to work with the creative team to bring ideas to life using video, motion graphics and animation.
• Typical outputs will be for web content, social, promotional films for pitches, case study films and award entries.
• The ideal candidate will be able to put a film together from a script or storyboard to an exact length including laying it down to a soundtrack or sound design and adding SFX’s etc.
• As we work for some of the world’s biggest brands, they must have a natural ‘brand empathy’ and be able to take this through into their work.

Core Deliverables:

• To translate scripts and storyboards into slick productions working alongside the creative team.
• Be creative and commercially minded.
• Be able to work well with the wider UK team.
• Have experience in several different dynamic content media.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the different stages in a project, and ensuring work is completed onto a detailed (and often tight) timeline.
• Add to the culture of the agency.

Skills & Experience:

Essentials:

• At least a year’s agency experience on UK clients.
• Understand communication and storytelling.
• Show a passion for all things ‘film’.
• Excellent references.
• Be able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure.
• Be prepared to embrace challenges, keep up to date with industry and technical updates.
• Be able to work under direction.

Proficient In:

• Aftereffects.
• Premiere Pro.
