THE COMPANY
A well-established, successful and ambitious corporate communications PR consultancy with a heritage of providing exception bespoke solutions for their clients.

THE ROLE
- Take and interrogate a brief to understand objectives, outcomes, limitations, usage and budget
- Help generate original concepts for the 'look and feel' of client and pitch documents
- Present concepts to colleagues (and, in time, clients). Take direction to evolve to the next stage
- Contribute to the design and format of:
New business materials (a mix of slides, documents and 'props')
Client materials, to a brief and a budget (currently mainly offline but digital, welcome)
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and awards submissions in line with our brand
- Create and maintain design 'templates' for use by non-designer colleagues
- Manage the flow of corrections, amends and feedback with minimal supervision
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Develop relationships with suppliers (printers) and knowledge of their services
- Advise colleagues and clients on choice of print finish, format or production techniques
Be an ambassador for emerging tech and techniques, sharing examples of best practice design

YOU
To be successful you must be:
- A master of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Highly capable with Microsoft Office (must be proficient in PowerPoint design)
- Able to work across print and online
- Able to accurately follow and interpret brand guidelines (both ours and clients)
- Able to provide Strong and varied idea generation
- Diplomatic (working with senior team members and clients to interpret a brief)
- Able to display excellent communication skills (ability to work with internal clients up to Board level)
- Able to show exceptional attention to detail
- Organised across workloads in a busy environment

Portfolio examples we'd ideally like to see:
- Commercial work produced for a medium to large business (offline and on)
- Original concepts developed for a brand
- Examples which demonstrate skills across PPT, print and digital
The ideal candidate would also have:
- Skills in animation and photography (After Effects)
- A positive outlook and can-do attitude
- A team mentality with the willingness to support others
- Confidence to try new things
