Mid-Weight Designer

We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent brand and design agency based in Shoreditch, looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join their team.  Working with an interesting mix of non-for-profit and professional services clients, the agency combines strategic thinking and creativity to deliver visually striking and meaningful work.

This person will be working very closely with the Directors and the Creative team to deliver a wide range of projects across branding, print and websites.  You will have the opportunity to work from initial project stages, conducting effective research and generating ideas, through to design development and delivery, using a wide range of creative techniques to maximise visual effectiveness.

We’d like you to be an established mid-weight with core design skills in typography, lay-out, illustration and art direction along with the confidence to manage your own workload and communicate effectively with clients and the team around you.  In return you’ll get to work on some really interesting projects and a good amount of responsibility and involvement.
