The role sits in the Propositions, Loyalty & Communications team, and its purpose is to create great reasons for prospective members to join, and existing members to stay with, giffgaff. The role is responsible for churn reduction, revenue generation, satisfaction and net additions.
We are looking for agile communicators with a fresh perspective and new ideas and propositions for attracting and retaining our member base. We are a distinct, recognisable and engaging brand, and our propositions reflect the unique nature of what we do. You will be thinking `outside the box` to not only develop new ideas and proposals, but also see these through to fruition.
You`ll need strong analytical skills combined with balanced judgement and a proven understanding and track record within product/proposition management. You will be able to lead in a balanced way, taking on board the views of the many stakeholders (both internally and externally) who have an influence on the products and pricing which is ultimately delivered at giffgaff.
