Job Summary

Apple’s Retail Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of world-class online and in-store experiences for seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience program managing highly creative consumer marketing campaigns for global brands within an advertising / digital agency and client-side organization across different channels, including digital, print, outdoor and social
  • Digital/social media campaign experience
  • Experience working in a global organization, on multi-market/language projects
  • Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs and adept at building, designing and delivering presentations
  • Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Proven ability to creatively and elegantly solve problems and manage requirements through negotiation, tact and diplomacy in fast-paced, pressured and changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently 
  • Experience using project/process management tools, and creating project plans, including statements of work, timing plans, and status reports for stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has demonstrated experience with developing and producing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion and brand equity across digital, traditional, and physical channels. You will be responsible for executing projects from strategy and concept through production and delivery, working alongside a global cross-functional team of Marketers, Product Manager, Business Owners, Merchants, Creatives and more. You therefore must possess a keen strategic mind, the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product, business and creative teams. You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills. You are adept at presenting to all levels and can package complex ideas in such a way that influences or drives ease of decision-making. The ideal candidate has a deep passion and understanding for our brand, our vision and objectives, and the customer experience, and be on point with trends in retail, marketing, technology, and the world around us. Specific experience working on campaigns and experiences that intersect physical spaces, mobile/in-app and online platforms is desired.
