The competition is tough and never stands still so the role of Marketing and Creative Director holds even more importance than ever before. 

The marketing team of just over 60 people is one of talent, experience and original thought.   The team work as one to exceed expectations across all areas from the editorial on our website to our award winning windows across all of our eight stores.

Luxury Retail is no different to any other retail organisation where customer acquisition and retention has significantly developed.  The difference at Harvey Nichols is that we like to do things first.  Our award winning Loyalty App, Rewards by Harvey Nichols, has lead the way in how we interact and reward our customers across the board, and our recent new brand strategy underpins every decision we make.

So our next Marketing and Creative Director has a tough act to follow.   Our expectations are high as should be yours if you are thinking of your next career move.

Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A charismatic individual who is well connected with the key players in the luxury fashion industry
  • An inspirational leader with significant experience of managing large teams
  • Has successfully held a Marketing Director role, ideally within a digital fashion first business
  • Experience of leading a multi-departmental marketing function including, Loyalty, Creative, Social Media, Press & PR, Commercial and Brand marketing
  • Experience and or appreciation of food and beverage hospitality

The successful candidate will drive the evolution of the Harvey Nichols loyalty app as well as maximising our exposure in our chosen markets to drive footfall and profitable sales.   You will lead and inspire a best in class marketing and creative team whilst delivering a market leading omni-channel experience for all our customers.
