Develop and deliver creative marketing and communications strategies to position and champion Creativepool as the creative industry’s connector, ensure these are executed on time to drive the required results for customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all marketing and communications strategies for all Creativepool projects, including the Annual Awards, Connect: Cannes and other events throughout the year
  • Create copy, design and execute email marketing campaigns to Creativepool subscribers with cleverly written subject matter and eye catching content (this includes the weekly newsletter)
  • Foster relationships with PR contacts to identify judges for Annual Awards, speakers for the Connect: London Festival as well as speakers for debates/editorial coverage at Cannes Lions
  • Run the Annual awards show as well as be the key organiser of the event, entries and helping to produce the Annual book
  • Managing the content posted on Creativepool, keeping the homepages up to date with the latest projects from users
  • Working with the Editor to plan content for the Creativepool Magazine 
  • Community management and user support on Creativepool
  • Management of all Creativepool social channels, post content, execute native social activity and provide social reporting at Creativepool events
  • Track site traffic and engagement and create weekly reports to share with team

Desirable skills:

  • Ability to write compelling and on-brand marketing copy
  • An understanding of core CRM principles 
  • Competent user of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Competent user of Google Analytics 
  • Competent user of Adobe Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator 
  • Email HTML knowledge
