Marketing Campaign Manager - SIM Migration (Fixed Term contract until September 2020), London - Hammersmith, W68BS.

Salary: £40k - £48k per annum.

We’re recruiting a Marketing Campaign Manager (FTE) to work within our Mobile Marketing team based in Hammersmith on the SIM Swap programme; one of our flagship business initiatives. So we are looking for the someone who is willing to get stuck into a fun and fast-paced team. You will have ambition, enthusiasm, and be organised combined with a keen interest in marketing (ideally mobile - but not essential) and a personable approach is key to success. Your role will work closely with all departments within Virgin Mobile. Including Data, Commercial, Product and project teams, to ensure a continued smooth running of the programme. You’ll also be responsible for briefing any additional campaigns to the partner agencies and with the support of Virgin Mobile’s Senior Marketing Manager.

 

Key accountabilities:

•Have a thorough understanding of what good project management is and the ability to demonstrate this.
•Be an effective team player, as you’ll be working directly with internal departments, as well as partner agencies.
•Comfortable with numbers and reporting – you’ll assist the Senior Marketing Manager in finance tasks and campaign performance reporting.
•A good understanding of creative briefs and their importance in the process.
•Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage and brief multiple campaigns from beginning to end – with support as required from the Senior Marketing Manager.
•Demonstrate a passion for direct marketing and have an opinion on how it fits into the wider channel mix.
•Demonstrate an appreciation for creative and its interpretation and be able to work closely with partner agencies.


Behaviours, skills and experience we’re looking for:

•You should have experience from within a client-facing role and be able to show us at interview stage you’re confident working amongst a variety of key stakeholders.
•You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people on all levels, across departments.
•Have and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and acumen.
•You should be computer savvy, smart with numbers and have excellent Excel skills.
•You should be degree qualified and have a strong interest or relevant qualifications within marketing.  If you’re qualified outside of this area, we’ll want to see evidence of your drive to work within the marketing and / or the mobile industry.
•You’ll be fun, innovative with appetite, drive and ambition.  Personality counts and we want to see some of yours shine through at interview stage.
•As a bonus, you may already have some experience / interest within the mobile sector.
