We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager

Department overview:

Brand Marketing works in collaboration with the wider organization to ensure an integrated, strategic approach is executed across all customer touchpoints – social, ecommerce, retail and wholesale. Partnering closely with the local & global PR, Brand, Consumer and Digital Comms teams to ensure we are strongly aligned.

Who You Are:

You are energetic and collaborative, with outstanding communication, project and people management skills. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment; you are curious and bring fresh thinking to the planning an execution of marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Brand:

  • Develop the EU brand marketing strategy in line with the central business goals, ensuring a customer centric approach is considered at every touchpoint
  • Review seasonal global marketing plans and identify and implement locally relevant plans for Europe
  • Establish and build relationships with external brand partners and agencies, identifying partnership opportunities and ways to innovate and elevate the marketing strategy through bespoke campaigns
  • Act as the brand points-person for the wider EMEA corporate teams, to ensure they have visibility of all global marketing initiatives, timelines and local activation plans
  • Monitor and report on competitor brand activity, industry trends, market insights and cultural nuances to help inform and direct brand strategy 

Media:

  • Work in Partnership with the Global Advertising teams to plan and allocate the annual European advertising budget, aligning on the right split for Digital, Social, Print and OOH
  • Make seasonal recommendations to the Global advertising team (and in collaboration with the EMEA PR teams) to ensure key European media is considered ahead of the media planning/ buying cycle.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce and performance marketing teams to align on and maximise the audience targeting strategy
  • Own the relationship with the European Outdoor Advertising agency, managing all aspects and planning in close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, to ensure key retail and wholesale locations are priortised.
  • Propose media solutions to support the business needs i.e. product awareness, drive-to-store, customer acquisition etc. Briefing media partners on the agreed KPI’s and managing media partnerships from start to finish.
  • Help to build long term relationships with our largest media partners across Europe. Keeping abreast of the latest information, providing internal updates and identifying new opportunities for the brand.
  • Oversee the creative briefing process between the Marketing Coordinator and Global Creative Team in New York, ensuring a timely campaign delivery.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Brand marketing and media planning experience preferably in the luxury sector
  • Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns
  • Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
  • Demonstrates resilience and flexibility
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • European Language skills preferred
