Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strategic roadmaps and plans for FIFA live services, aligning with the broader goals of the EA SPORTS FIFA franchise and EA.
  • Use data insights to create live services goals that focus on improving the player experience, game health, and business growth.
  • Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged team.
  • Work with Production, Art, Design, and Engineering leads to improve quality, communication and coordination.
  • Partner with Development Directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.
  • Partner with other Producers, Product Managers, Engineering, Art, QA, and Design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
  • Engage with other partner teams including marketing, finance, commercial, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
  • You will be overseeing a subset of the live services, understanding the what and the why, how to measure its success, and frequently communicating status.
  • With the guidance and support of the production leader, you will be responsible for your team’s performance, growth and your own career development.

 

Your Qualifications

  • An experienced Producer or Product Manager with 6+ years of experience in game live services or related roles.
  • A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
  • A passion for pioneering, with high determination, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
  • A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
  • An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.
  • Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.
  • Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization.
